1. Definitions

* “User” – any person accessing the Platform.

* “Host” – an individual or legal entity publishing accommodations, hotels or apartments.

* “Guest” – a person using the Platform to book accommodation.

* “Content” – all information, photos, texts, videos, and data published by Users or the Owner.

* “Services” – all functionalities offered by the Platform, including registration, listings, browsing, bookings, and communication.

2. Registration and Accounts

2.1. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

2.2. Registration and listing accommodations are free of charge for Hosts.

2.3. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.

2.4. Fake accounts or using third-party data without consent is prohibited.

2.5. The Owner may suspend or terminate accounts in case of violations.

3. Content Publishing

3.1. Hosts are fully responsible for the accuracy of their listings (photos, descriptions, prices, availability).

3.2. Illegal, offensive, misleading, or rights-infringing content is prohibited.

3.3. The Owner may remove content that violates these Terms.

3.4. By publishing content, Users grant the Platform a non-exclusive, free, transferable license to use such content for operational and promotional purposes.

4. Bookings, Payments and Commission

4.1. The Platform connects Hosts and Guests. Contracts are concluded exclusively between Guest and Host. The Platform is only an intermediary.

4.2. Payments are made via a secure online system. Funds are kept in a secure escrow account until the booking is completed.

4.3. After completion, funds are transferred to the Host, reduced by the Platform’s commission.

4.4. The standard commission is 20% per booking. A loyalty program may reduce this percentage for frequent Guests.

4.5. The cancellation/refund policy is defined by the Host and displayed to Guests before booking.

4.6. In case of cancellation:

* If the Guest cancels according to the Host’s policy, refunds follow that policy.

* If a deposit was paid, the Host may retain it fully or partially.

* If cancellation occurs after the free period, the Host may retain the full amount.

4.7. The Platform charges commission only on completed bookings or in line with Host’s cancellation policy.

5. Platform Liability

5.1. The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy of Host information.

5.2. The Platform is not responsible for quality, conditions, or availability of accommodations, nor for behavior of Hosts or Guests.

5.3. Disputes, cancellations, and refunds must be resolved between Host and Guest. The Platform may assist but is not liable.

5.4. The Platform is only responsible for technical intermediation of bookings and payments.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy, in compliance with GDPR.

6.2. By using the Platform, Users confirm acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All elements (logo, design, code, text, graphics) belong to the Owner or partners.

7.2. Copying or distribution without consent is prohibited.

7.3. Users keep copyrights of their content but grant the Platform usage rights.

8. User Conduct

8.1. Users must not misuse the Platform (spam, fraud, harassment, hacking).

8.2. Violations may result in suspension and legal action.

9. Amendments

9.1. The Owner may update these Terms at any time.

9.2. Users will be notified of significant changes via Website or email.

9.3. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

10.1. Users may delete their accounts at any time.

10.2. The Owner may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

11.2. Courts in Belgrade have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
